As a young girl growing up in the Presidential Hills community, I met Fran at the park, being a few years younger, she decided to take care of me. She included and introduced me to her friends and family. Whenever I was in her presence, I knew that I would be safe. She was always smiling and knew how to laugh at herself and encourage others to do so. I did not see Fran as often after we became adults. However, I will never forget the way she cared for me and ensured that we made it home safely following fun days! Rest in Peace My Friend!! Love You, (Red) Dr. Louella Mack Webster
