My wife and I send our thoughts and prayers to the Taylor family. Mr. Taylor served as the Blacks In Government's Region IV Council Parliamentarian, under my leadership, for four years. Mr. Taylor was a true friend, mentor, and brother to me and to those who knew him. He a committed and dedicated life long member of Blacks In Government. He will be truly missed. Love you my friend. Until we meet again. To God be the Glory.

Honorable Calvin Stevens

Our families met in 1983. We were both Gov employees assigned to Holly Springs. We became hunting partners and joined Eden Hunting Club. Because of his USDA and BIG background, he reproduced the clubs by-laws. Taylor was soft spoken, direct, caring and one of the clubs most respected and hard working members. Hope to see you on the other side Taylor.
