Al will be sorely missed. He has touched the hearts of so many of us in our organization and we are suffering a major loss. Our Thoughts and Prayers are with the Taylor family.

My wife and I send our thoughts and prayers to the Taylor family. Mr. Taylor served as the Blacks In Government's Region IV Council Parliamentarian, under my leadership, for four years. Mr. Taylor was a true friend, mentor, and brother to me and to those who knew him. He a committed and dedicated life long member of Blacks In Government. He will be truly missed. Love you my friend. Until we meet again. To God be the Glory.

Our families met in 1983. We were both Gov employees assigned to Holly Springs. We became hunting partners and joined Eden Hunting Club. Because of his USDA and BIG background, he reproduced the clubs by-laws. Taylor was soft spoken,direct, caring and one of the clubs most respected and hard working members. Hope to see you on the other side Taylor.

I was so sorry to hear of Al's passing. I have know him for years through Blacks in Government and USDA. Al was always serious about his jobs whatever they were. He will truly be missed. I send my condolences to his family and friends

To the Taylor family, It was a pleasure to meet Mr. Al Taylor through Blacks In Government organization. My memory of him is that he always lit up the room with truth and wisdom. He will be missed. We pray for your strength and comfort.

Condolences to the Taylor family. Al was my big brother and friend. We worked together in the USDA building in MS. He was a great leader. He will be truly missed.

Heavenly Father, thank you for the gift of my friend's life and for the time we shared at BIG Conventions. Please hold his soul in Your eternal peace and wrap Your comforting arms around his immediate and extended families as we mourn his passing.

Al was a kind and compassionate person. He was highly regarded in Blacks in Government. His memory will be treasured.

Mr. Alphonse Taylor was a dedicated former Director of the National Board of Directors whose leadership and service made a lasting impact on Blacks In Government. He served with distinction at the National, Regional, and Chapter levels and was respected for his commitment, wisdom, and gracious spirit.

Most importantly, Mr. Taylor was a man of God whose faith was reflected in his actions, kindness, and service to others. As Chair of the National Board of Directors of Blacks In Government, Inc., I extend my heartfelt condolences and prayers to his family, friends, colleagues, and the entire BIG family as we mourn the loss of our beloved BIG Brother, known to many as "Mr. Al Taylor."

He was our big cousin who always had a kind word and gentle spirit. We will truly miss you, especially since you took us under your large golf umbrella of support for our growing love for the game of golf. We know you'll be hitting them straight (maybe not so long 😂) in the heavenly fairways. Love you, cuz!
