She was treasured by all. Rest in Peace, you have done well.
You will be greatly missed. Thank you for living your life as Hebrews 13:16 "And do not forget to do good and to share with others....." Carmen
Mrs. Peggy you will truly be missed. Although, I only worked with you for a very small portion of your career at the VA, you have had a significant impact on mine. I appreciate your willingness to always share your knowledge and information of the VA in a way that no one else could. It was a pleasure knowing and working with you. Rest well.
I am deeply sadden to hear of the transition of Mrs. King, she was indeed a pillar of G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center. During my employment from 2006-2022 before moving to Atlanta VA she was a beacon of light, wealth of knowledge, and such an inspiration to everyone who had the pleasure to encounter her. For months I work in the Nursing Supervisor office with her and the way she pour into me is something I will never forget. She lived out the phrase, " May the work I do down here speak for me" Her legacy will live on and her work has definitely spoke for her. Take your rest Mrs. King you were indeed a faithful servant to healthcare and to the kingdom of God. My deepest prayers are with her family, friends, VA Family, and everyone who loved her.

I remember Mrs. Peggy King when I started working at the VA. She has always been a pillar at VA with a gold mine of knowledge. Her smile was contagious! My current office was around the corner from her and we would often pass in the hallway. The memory of her will forever be etched in our hearts! My Deepest Condolences to her family and friends. ❤️

My deepest condolences 💐 to the family of Peggy. She was a constant presence throughout my career at the VAMC. My last year there (2025) we shared office spaces that were next door to each other. I will surely miss her!
