Ms. Dorothy Shorter Hillard, 69, of Crystal Springs, Mississippi, was born May 3, 1957, to J.C. Smiley and Bertha Mae McKinney Smiley. She was a devoted and hardworking woman who dedicated many years of her life as a machine operator.
Ms. Dorothy was known for her strength, kindness, and loving spirit. She passed peacefully on August 3, 2026, in Gallman, Mississippi.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
