Obituary For Paul A. Brown
Mr. Paul A Brown was born on January 22, 1955, to L.C. Brown Sr and Virginia Gibson in Hinds County MS. Paul departed this life on February 7, 2026 at his Jackson residence.
He was well known growing up in Washington Addition, many knew him as “Teddy” or “PB.” He attended Jackson Public Schools and worked at a Welding company for several years. He loved sporting events and spending time with family. He was a real “Mr. Fix It.” Because of his love for working on cars, he was our family and neighborhood mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his father L.C. Brown Sr., Sisters-Virginia Miller and Charlie Mae Brown. Brothers- Charlie Brown and Len Gibson. Special aunt Lena Mae Harris. Love of his life-Lois Williams.
He leaves to cherish his memory (mother) Virginia Brown (daughter) Lekisha Williams-Barber (Tivares) (Son) Dontae Williams (grandchildren) Shania, Dasia, Bryce and Donovan. (sister) Myra McGinty (Mitchell), (brothers) John L Brown and L.C. Brown Jr (Bobbie Nell) and Victor Brown. Host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will truly be missed by his family and community. From the smile, hugs and just the genuine love he showed to everyone he met.
