This beautiful ANGEL would always find me in my Mom and Dad's house during the large gatherings(if I showed up) She knew I was nervous and tried to find a quiet spot for the two of us to chat alone. She would get on me in a sweet way about coming around more. She would listen to me and say I understand. She would pat me on the hand and sometimes shed a tear with me. After that she wanted to know everything I was doing and asked about every CHILD and GRAND of mine. Then we compared or ailments like two old women in a doctors office. She would be rubbing her ailment complaining and I would be hold rubbing my hip joint complaining. She shared so much with me and she never JUDGED me. She would simply say I miss you and I understand. If it wasn't for this Angel telling me her stories I would have felt I was the only one in this world that made mistakes. She never and I mean never repeated a word I said to her. She always wanted to hear two stories. One about Charles N and I sneaking something around Sharon and my Daddy at Christmas Eve years ago. I will simply say Solo cups everyone. You know what I mean 😶😂. I told her how Charles popped the top with a smile and never missed a beat. Sharon gave Charles a look and with a straight face he would be like What Sharon. My dad passed by and I would look at him with a straight face like what Dad you know your Angel has a soda. I followed Charles lead on that 🤣. I wasn't crazy! Charles N,I knew she wouldn't tell on us....ok. Then she wanted to hear how I took Charles Jr to the store with my kids back in 1992. The people in the store would say you have such beautiful children. I thanked them and said this cute one right here is my baby brother. All was good until out of nowhere Charles Jr looked dead in my eyes and said MA MA with that big grin. One lady looked at me like you should be shame denying that baby. When I told her that story she would laugh until she started to cry sometimes. That was her beauty she loved the small things. I will always be grateful to her for two things. HAVING MY BEAUTIFUL MOM2(Arlene) and inviting me in the Griffin family not as her Step Grand but her Family. Mom2,Daddy,My Baby Brothers,Sister, Nieces, All Aunts, All Uncles, All Cousins and invited friends adopted by the beautiful Griffin family please listen to me....We didn't loose her. She will always be around her family. You all gave her so much love, hugs and smiles. She died in peace and I believe that. When you get ready to cry let them be tears of Joy. That's one lady I know made it to Heaven. Family you know she is in line getting measured for her wings and robe. She is getting ready to view her mansion in that sky. She is getting ready to have a huge celebration to see all of her loved ones again. She is going to tell every story about each of us and may tell the ones I told her...I hope not😀. Anyway, before you cry think of her hugging the loved ones she hasn't seen in forever. Do you still want a sad day? Instead, when they lay her down shout Glory to God and Fly with the wind Pearlene! See you again and know we will hold it down here. God bless you and I will never forget you.

Pearlean always had a smile on face. She was very sweet person. I am in the family from my Dad side of the family and my husband side of the family Harvey (Lynn) Daniels. So sorry to hear about your loss. The scripture that give me comfort is Revelation 21:4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.

I shall forever be thankful for cousin Pearlean. She was soft spoken but had a smile to light up a room. First time I met my cousin she made us all feel so welcomed. I got to see her smile one last time at the family reunion. Cousin Pearlean he didn't heal you on this side but in heaven gone in March on in job well done on earth.
