To the Jenkins Family, Todd lived with my family for a little while in North Myrtle Beach, SC. My mother Frances loved Todd like her own. We always told everyone we were related, Todd loved my daughter. We talked not long ago and I told him how much we loved him. Todd and I worked together at restaurant we were always together. I will miss my friend and trying to find the words to give my mom the news. Todd was special to my family our heart aches. My daughter is taking it hard. We prayer your strength in the Lord. Good morning Jenkins Family, sending condolences and love. I am a 76 classmate and a elementary schoolmate. As we all know, Tobb was a very creative person in every area of the arts. There are so many very fun and pleasant memories that I am reflecting upon, not only from school but from the neighborhood. You see Tobb was an artist and he loved sharing his passion. Goodnight my friend, you have left a footprint im our hearts. Family may the memories shine a bright light for you.
