Tommy Lee Billups, 76, of Jackson, MS was born February 7, 1948 to David Billups and Eva Lou Trulove Billups in Columbus, MS. Tommy a beloved son, husband, father and postal clerk passed July 31, 2024 at G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center.
Visitation Friday, August 9, 2024 at Westhaven Funeral Home, 3580 Robinson Street, Jackson, MS 39209 from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Funeral services Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., New Jerusalem Church, 5708 Old Canton Road, Jackson, MS 39211 with burial in Cedarwood Memorial Park, 340 New Market Drive, Jackson, MS 39209.
