Mrs. Elouise B. Cobb

Jonesboro , Georgia—Mrs. Elouise B. Cobb, 103, formerly of Augusta, Georgia entered into rest Friday, May 15, 2020 at Jonesboro Nursing Center.

The long time Augusta Native lovingly called "Mother Goose" was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Cobb; son, Joseph Cobb; and grandson, Daryl Boatwright.

Mrs. Cobb is a member of the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church and The Bethlehem Community Center Alumni Association.

She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Thomasena Butler and Lynda Boatwright; granddaughter, Laura D. Cobb; two great granddaughters; three great-great grandchildren; special nieces, Charlene Dent and Elouise Miller; goddaughter, Eunice Richardson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; along with her beloved Mother Goose Nursery graduates.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 21, 2020 from 4:00-7:30 p.m. Graveside service will be held Friday, May 22, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. at Cedar Grove Cemetery, 120 Watkins Street, Augusta, GA 30901. *Social Distancing will be observed.
