Mrs. Marshall Ann Williams
Mrs. Marshall Ann Williams entered into rest Thursday, June12, 2025. She was born on March 19, 1959, to the late Preston Harris, Sr., and Leola Rock. She was raised and educated in Statesboro where she graduated in 1977 from Statesboro Highschool. While in Hinesville she met the love of her life Michael Anthony Williams, Sr., who was stationed there while serving in the US Army as an active-duty Sergeant for over 15 years and the National Guard for over 9 years and was later discharged in 2009. The couple was united in holy matrimony on January 30, 1984, in Bulloch County. Unto this union three children were born Micheal Anthony Williams, Jr., Joycelyn Catherine Williams, and Jayla Simone Williams. While active in the military the family decided to relocate to Augusta, Georgia and raise their family.
Marshall leaves to cherish her memories her devoted husband of 41 years, Micheal Anthony Williams; one son, Micheal A. Williams, Jr.; two daughters, Joycelyn C. Williams, and Jayla S. Williams; four siblings, Mr. Preston (Valerine) Harris, Jr., Pastor Earnest (Joann) Harris, Ms. Tudy Harris, and Mr. Carl (Ida) Harris; nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Public visitation will be held Friday, June 27, 2025, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the mortuary. Graveside services will be conducted Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 12:00noon at Old Mt. Pisgah Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, 302 Mt. Pisgah Church Road, Statesboro, GA 30458.
