Oh how I'm going to miss you all the more. I wish I could've seen you one last time. You brought me such joy every time I saw you or when we spoke on the phone for hours at a time. You would make me and aunt Jo laugh till I thought we would never stop crying! You were so proud of your family and prayed for them without ceasing. You were a wonderful pastor's wife. You greatly helped me remain calm at our wedding when I managed to lock myself out of the rental car at Walmart, 45 minutes before the wedding began. There were so many great things you did that I bet your children never knew, but God does. You were such a good cousin/"sister" to Jo Leoti. When Jesus takes me home, bring all the ladies from the family to meet us inside the Eastern gate, and we will sing God's praises like we did on the porch swing at Mimi's Farmhouse! Oh to have hugged you one more time! Gayonne, Shane and family, you are in my prayers! Mary Prater Smith
Ms. Alma lived a long satisfying life. May she rest now. God is Love. Acts 24:15
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
