Obituary For Barbara Ann Cable

Barbara Ann Cable, 85, of Bowie, TX passed away on September 15, 2025 surrounded by her family.

A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Bowie, TX.

She was born in Whitesboro, TX on May 31, 1940. Her parents were Kenneth Reagan Loveday and Helen Holmes Huffaker. She attended school in Whitesboro and graduated from Bowie High School. She married Bobby Cable in 1957. She devoted her life to her husband and her 4 children: Kim Haralson and husband Jay of Nocona, TX, Renee Holder and husband Charles of Ft. Worth, TX, Jeff Cable and wife Penny of Nocona, TX, and Reagan Cable and Carol of Bowie, TX. She was a member of the Carter Lake Road Church of Christ. She devoted her time serving and helping others. She truly lived the life of a servant. G Barb will always be remembered for her heart of gold, the kindness that she showed everyone, and the countless sacrifices she endured for others.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother Kenny Loveday.

She is survived by her sister Mary Sue Tomlin of Bowie, TX, 4 children, 12 grandchildren, and her 15 great-grandchildren.
