Obituary For Cathy Moore

Cathy Sue Moore, 66 of Bowie, TX, passed away Monday, October 26, 2020 in Dallas, TX. Graveside services will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 30th, at Elmwood Cemetery in Bowie, with Pastor Mike Henson officiating. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 29th, at the White Family Funeral Home in Bowie. Cathy was born January 13, 1954 in Bowie, to Tommy and Fern (Goolsby) Howard. She graduated from Bowie High School in 1972. Cathy worked as a waitress and factory worker, but most of all she devoted herself to being a loving mother. She never met a stranger and was a friend to all. Cathy enjoyed listening to music, she was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Cathy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and loved making home cooked meals for everyone. She was a member of the Bowie V.F.W. and Elks Lodge, and was known across the country. She is preceded by her parents Tommy and Fern Howard, and nephew Tyrell Howard. Cathy is survived by her son Joe Tom Clary and wife Toni; grandsons Bennett Clary and Dallas Clary; brother Tommy Howard Jr.; nieces Marcy Howard, Misty Raley and husband David, and Chrissy Mann and husband Steven; nephew Kit Howard and wife Jill, all of Bowie; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Arrangements entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home of Bowie, TX.
