Christopher Jay Anderson, 43, of Bowie, Texas left this world Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
The memorial service will take place on Sunday, April 26th, at 2pm at the Selma Park pavilion.
Chris was born in Henrietta and grew up in Wichita Falls where he graduated from Old High. Chris spent the majority of his working years in manufacturing at WL Plastics where he formed many lasting relationships. Most recently Chris found fulfillment working as a hospitality aide at Advanced Rehab in Wichita Falls where he was loved and respected by residents and staff. He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Wichita Falls.
Chris loved spending time with family and friends, fishing, noodling, listening to music, especially live, and riding motorcycles. He lived life to the fullest.
He is preceded in death by his dad Arthur Hudgins.
Chris is survived by his wife Shae and daughter Aubrey Anderson, sisters Misti Jensen and husband Guthrie, Brandi Hudgins and partner Sam, brother Daniel Wilkinson and wife Alex, mom and stepdad Janet and Mike Toney, and many, many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews that he loved dearly.

Shae to you and your family. I know you do not know me, but my heart goes out to you all. Words alone cannot describe what you are going thru right now. My sincerest condolences to you and your family during this time. May God have his hands around you all and know that he is in a place where he can watch over each and every one of you and know he is in great hands.
