Obituary For Judy Ann Patterson

Judy Ann Patterson, 73 of Bowie, TX, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 30th, 2024.

Funeral services will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 3rd, at the Voice of Triumph Assembly of God Church in Sunset, TX, with Ernie Patterson officiating.

Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery #3 near Chico, TX.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2nd, at the White Family Funeral Home in Bowie.

Judy was born February 22, 1951 in Port Lavaca, TX to Virgil Owen and Dorothy Birdine (Rea) Ruddick. On November 16, 1968, she married Ray Patterson in Alvord, TX.

Judy was a 1988 ATI graduate with a degree in Computers. She went to work for Martin Merietta and later at Texas Instruments as an assistant for several years. Then from 1995 to 2008 Judy was employed as Jr. Buyer for Peerless Mfg.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her brother Vernon Ruddick and sisters, Mirtle Dulaney and Marie Cude.

Judy is survived by her husband Ray Patterson of Bowie; children, Ronnie Patterson and wife Linda of Alvord and Cristal Sifford and husband J.D. of Decatur, TX; grandchildren, Kaley Patterson and Treasure Sifford; siblings, John Ruddick and wife Teresa, Royce Ruddick and wife Gale, Ed Ruddick and wife Elwanda, Marla Patterson and wife Ernie, all of Alvord, Everett Ruddick of Decatur, Marilyn Pope and husband Bernie of Jackson, NC, Donnie Ruddick and wife Katrina of Bridgeport, TX and Dale Ruddick and wife Cindy of Blythe, AR; and numerous nieces and nephews.
