Ricky Von Peden (PePaw), 64, of Henrietta TX went to be with our Lord on August 4th, 2024 surrounded by family and friends.
A Celebration Of Life will take place on Saturday, August 24th, 2024 from 5pm-8pm at The Rock Barn, 100 E. Wichita St. in Henrietta, officiated by Dr. Clay Kahler of Red River Cowboy Church.
Ricky was born on December 29, 1959 in Henrietta, to D.R. Peden and Carolyn Peden Sears. He graduated from Midway High School in 1978. He married LeAnn Reaves on September 20, 2012.
Ricky was a bull hauler for many years for D.R. Peden Cattle Co. He worked for Strike Construction doing pipeline maintenance. Then went to work with his son at LRW Fabricators in Wichita Falls, TX.
He is preceded in death by his parents, D.R.Peden and Carolyn Peden Sears.
Ricky is survived by his loving wife, LeAnn Peden of Henrietta; his sister, Sheila McAllister and husband Danny of Harrah, OK; his sons, Jason Reaves and wife Barbra of Henrietta and Mark Peden of Wichita Falls; and his daughter, Mindy Diggs and husband Gabe of San Angelo, TX.
PePaw has 9 grandbabies, Cassii, Mariah, Levi, Emma, Hunter, Harper, Lyndse, Kayla, and Masen; 3 great-grandbabies, Brentlee, Ellie, and Alayna; and a host of beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

Ricky will forever be in our hearts as we make our way through the days without him he was a loving son to D.R. and Carolyn Peden loving son to his bonus mom Joni Lynn Carter Peden dad to Mindy and Mark Brother to Shelia and Billy Glen grandson to J.M and Alvessa Lonnie and Ester Peden and Billy Joe and Mickey Carter.

I was sorry to hear of Ricky's passing. We were classmates at Midway. I have many great memories with Ricky. I'm glad he had such a loving family surrounding him.
