I'm so grateful that our paths crossed. To have the pleasure of knowing Ms Debra is to love her. Even on her tough days she managed to make you laugh. Ms Debra will certainly be missed. My sincerest condolences to Alexis and the entire family! Rest peacefully my friend. ~Misty Douglas
Debra was a dear friend since our childhood together. Our fathers were best friends and we were together through college and adulthood. She is golden and I truly miss her. Thank you Lord for the times we had together. Your eternal friend, Levert Hood.
There are no words except Beautiful, Blessed and more than a joy. Debra was a role model and she defined elegance as a flight attendant. Condolences and prayers for her family, friends and our forever flying pal. Fly high and save a place for us. Amen
First of all, I give my condolences to Debra's Family. I remember Debra as being a pleasant person. When I saw her in inflight just before briefing she was nice and polite when I spoke to her. One thing I do remember about her was her pleasant smile and kind heart. It is so sad to hear of her passing. She will be greatly missed. I will keep her family in my prayers.π Anthresa Bradley
My condolences We thank God for the extra 15 years of life that he allowed Debra to be with us.
Condolences to the family
Debra was such a SPIRITED lady!!!!!π―She displayed CONFIDENCE & SOPHISTICATION. I LOVED her ENTHUSIASM for life and positive words of encouragement. Her DETERMINATION was BOLDLY displayed. When seeking advice...She kept it REAL!!!! PRAYING for your STRENGTH...with a HEAVY β€οΈ. She will keep the ANGELS laughing. GOD BLESS her FAMILY.
At heart Deb was just a little girl looking for love and playing at being a grownup. She had the gift of laughter and entertainment which she shared with those lucky enough to know her.
And man oh man, did she love to fly. So on Aug 13, 2021 she was awarded her REAL wings. So long, Deb, and enjoy your celestial flights! I'll see you when I get there.
With fond memories, Maxine Bernard-Lathan

Debra has gone home to be with the Lord and I will miss her greatly. She was a joy to work with and even more of a friend to party with. We had some "deep" girl talks sitting on the back jumpseat or in the upper deck galley on the 747. Debra retired because of her battle with cancer but she would not let that slow her down. Oh no! My girl was at every big event l can remember in recent years...and with that she has become a great example to me. "Don't let grass grow under your feet for you know not what tomorrow will bring!"
