Mr. Earnest “Roscoe” Lumpkin, age 70, of Carrollton, GA died on March 20, 2021. Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday March 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Hillside Baptist Church, 3176 Tyus Carrollton Rd, Carrollton, GA 30117, Pastor Willis C. Moten. Viewing will be Friday March 26, 2021 from 3-7 PM, with the family receiving friends from 7-8 PM. MASK WILL BE REQUIRED OF ALL THAT ATTEND. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Willie A.
