Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Julius Bryant, Jr. of Locust Grove, GA, will be Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at 1:00PM; Willie A. Watkins Historic West End Chapel; 1003 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. SW, Atlanta, GA, 30310.

As a classmate of Julius at C. L. Harper High (Class of 1967), I was saddened to hear of his passing & my sincere condolences to the Bryant Family. I recall Julius & I playing in our high school band together. We both played the Trumpet until I changed to the Baritone Horn. We had fun marching in the parades up Hunter Street, halftimes during football games or playing complicated music in the concert band. Those were fun memories. I was saddened to hear of the transition of my cousin Julius Bryant. I recall fondly going over to his mother's house for cookouts and her famous home made ice cream. Rest well cousin -see you in the morning.
