Rest In Peace
Mary Ann Greer Morris, a wonderful friend and sister. Our friendship began during our freshman year at Spelman. Assigned seating brought us together and instantly, a connection and unbreakable bond of friendship was forged that grew throughout our college years and lasted well beyond. I will cherish all of the memories and all of the moments we shared. From brief chats, to long talks, and late night conversations filled with laughter, know that I truly cherished our friendship. You will live in my heart forever. -Millicent G. Jackson
Ms. Mary Morris, my colleague and friend. Your kind, warm, and gentle spirit was a special part of our South Atlanta Family. The memories will remind me of days gone by. I will miss coming by to pick you up for our get togethers with Dr. Creecy. My heart is sad, but also glad, as you have now been reunited with your dear sister Sara. Rest in Peace Friend... Styles
Mary Ann always had a beautiful smile. Her smile could brighten your day. My prayer is that God will grant her paradise as she transitions to her eternal home in the hereafter. I pray that her family and friends will be comforted by the memory her spirit. Victoria Alexander Davis '65

Mary Ann and I met during our enrollment at Morris Brown College Summer Science Institute before becoming classmates at Spelman College. She was always funny, kind, thoughtful, smart, and caring. I was very saddened to hear of her passing. Someone so Special can never be forgotten, may her soul Rest In Peace. Eloise Stevens-Jones
Mary Morris was the first person to welcome me to a school family like NONE other, South Atlanta High School(1999). She & DCW always had words of encouragement and pushed our school to achieve what many thought we could not. For sure, she knew we loved her & wore her "flowers" in style!! Rest Well. ππΎπΌπΎππΎ D.
