Mary Ann Greer Morris, a wonderful friend and sister. Our friendship began during our freshman year at Spelman. Assigned seating brought us together and instantly, a connection and unbreakable bond of friendship was forged that grew throughout our college years and lasted well beyond. I will cherish all of the memories and all of the moments we shared. From brief chats, to long talks, and late night conversations filled with laughter, know that I truly cherished our friendship. Mary Ann and I met during our enrollment at Morris Brown College Summer Science Institute before becoming classmates at Spelman College. She was always funny, kind, thoughtful, smart, and caring. Mary Morris was the first person to welcome me to a school family like NONE other, South Atlanta High School(1999).
