I will miss you my sweet friend.

Wesley, I am so saddened to hear of the loss of your mother. She was such a beautiful woman inside and out. She loved you dearly and was such a good encourager and listener to me. We will see each other again. May our Lord comfort you and your family at this time. Shawn Drawver
To Wesley, Annette's beautiful son and most precious gift. I only found out about this Sunday. Beyond emotionally crushed to hear this news. Her grace and strength was more than I could imagine even having in this moment. What a wonderful soul. I will miss so much about Annette. I always felt a kinship with her. Visiting a new exciting place, having lunch and talking with someone that just made a lot of good common sense. The laughter and jokes we shared. Heaven is blessed to receive our sister and loved one back home. We will meet again as I promised. I love you forever friend.
I only have good thoughts and memories of Annette. I remember when she had Wes. I was childless and she let me come visit and take care of the new Davis baby. That was a special moment for me. When I finally had my daughter, Maya, there were only a few people I let baby sit her. Annette was one of them. I went to visit her about a week ago and I'm glad I did. We laughed and joked and talked about stuff. She was always available and never said no to me whenever I reached out to her. Im very happy to have shared time with her. She always kept it real with me, Im gonna miss that. It's so long for now, but not forever. We will meet again on the other side
Wesley and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Annette and I worked together for the past 3 years and although most of our conversations were over a phone where I could not see her, I could always hear happiness in her voice. She was a wonderful person who will truly be missed. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Lucy Jenkins
Wesley, There will never be another beautiful spirit as your mom. We had a great bond from the beginning. She taught me so much about myself and what I could do to be a better person. I will miss her voice and laughter. Her memory will live on in the kindness and care that she conveyed upon me. Blessings and prayers for you and your family. Kifanie Moore
Wesley, and family, Annette was such a special soul. My heart goes out to you at the sad time. I truly enjoyed working with her these last four years. We enjoyed getting together for lunch and visiting some outside of the office. She was a proud mom and enjoyed being Auntie Annette. She was an inspiration to me as a Mother. She loved you so much Wesley, and wanted the very best for you. She seemed to be a constant guide for you and expected a lot from you as a young man. I admired the relationship she shared with you. My prayer is that you find peace that she is no longer in pain, and that you have comfort from all your wonderful memories of her. Her smile was so lovely. What a great photo you've chosen of her for this occasion. It embodies her sweet spirit. Maria Grizzell and family
My condolences to the family and friends. May God give you all strength through this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers for the family. Carmen Hill and Family
Wesley, your mother was a true Queen, full of elegance, beauty and grace. Annette and I would meet for lunch or dinner on Saturday's or Sunday's, memories I will always treasure. Your mother will be greatly missed, and may God give you and your family comfort and strength during this time. Remember there are no goodbyes, she will always be in your heart. Anjanette Benton and Family.
To my Dear Wesley and extended Family, please accept my deepest heartfelt condolences. Annette was a bright beam of light. Her beautiful melanin was equivalent to her beautiful soul. Although we did not share blood, she was my Sister and Friend and although I can no longer hold her hand, I am so glad that I have the wonderful memories to hold onto. As you continue through this new chapter, I pray that God keeps you all. Annette was strong and relentless and although she may be physically absent, her expectations of you will still remain. Wishing you all peace, comfort, courage and LOVE now and always.-Turkia Hill & Family
Wesley I am so happy to have known your Mom. It was because of the friendship you formed with Alex and Aaron that I was blessed enough to have grown a friendship with Annette. She was always smiling and I know at times like anyone, she didn't feel like it. She loved you to the moon and back and was so very proud of you. All my family and extended family and friends who know you and we're fortunate enough to meet Annette at our Kwanzaa celebration, extend their love and condolences to you. We know that she is at peace and is free from pain. So know that she left you in good hands with your extended family. Love you my son Perry, Teresa, Alex and Aaron Avant.
