To the Hughes Family my prayers and thoughts are with you. May God give you comfort and peace. Ms. Sandra Rodgers
To the Hughes Family: No one can prepare us for the grief we experience when we lose a loved one. The comfort we receive from God's Word, the Bible, enables us to rely on him for the strength needed to endure. Please know that although Carlos is gone, he is not forgotten. The Giver of Life, Jehovah God, is eager to restore life to those who have fallen asleep in death, and promises to do so by means of a resurrection. Isaiah 26:19 assures us "Your dead will live...And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." My sincere condolences, S. Acker.
My sincere condolences, thoughts, and prayers go out to the Hughes family. Carlos was a student in my class for the first semester of this school year. I can say that Carlos had my respect and the respect of his classmates for the way he conducted himself on a daily basis. I have been a teacher for 23 years and Carlos was in the top one percent regarding the way he carried himself in the classroom and tended to his lessons. Mr. Christopher Freeman, Economics Teacher, Forest Park High School
