Jackie was my cousin on my father's side. I remember when I was younger, I would spend the night with her and my cousin Steve. We had some very good times together. Even though it has been years since we saw each other or talked, I will always remember her for the sweet, loving and kind person that she was. To the McClarty Family We take this time to express our personal condolences to the family of Martha J McClarty. Our deepest thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family and friends of the family during this time of great sadness. May all grieving heart please draw tender love and comfort from this wonderful promise that speaks about the resurrection blessing that is near at hand. This promise is recorded at John 5:28-29. In these verses, God is telling us that He would soon use His great powers to restore life to those who have fallen asleep in death. Did you know that from the reading of these verses that God is giving us His personal guarantee that the restoring of life will certainly take place. To some, that promise may seem impossible. But we must remember that God is the source of life for all things.(Psalm 36:9) Yes, all can have the upmost confidences that this loving arrangement will take place. And to help all to develop all to have strong faith in this future blessing, God has taken the time to preserve nine accounts in the Bile that speaks about the resurrection blessing that will take place earth wide. Here is just one such example that is recorded at Acts 9:36-42. I hope that all will get a chance to see how these verses apply to Martha, and to many others in a very special way. So, in closing we encourage all to please keep this promise of God near your hearts at all times. Remember that when God makes a promise. it becomes reality. For it is impossible for God to lie.( Titus 1:2)
