Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Lay will be Saturday, August 22, 2020 @ 9:00AM; Willie A. Watkins Historic West End Chapel, 1003 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd SW, Atlanta, GA 30310.

A viewing will be Friday from 2-6PM.
