Obituary For Terence Denson
Mr. Terence “Rocc” Denson, age 15, died on June 22, 2022. Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday July 2, 2022 at 12:00 Noon at Mt Nebo Baptist Church, 1025 McDonough Blvd SE, Atlanta, GA 30315, Pastor Aaron Jones, III. Interment will follow in Southview Cemetery. Viewing will be Saturday morning from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the church prior to the service. MASK WILL BE REQUIRED OF ALL THAT ATTEND THESE EVENTS. Final arrangements have been entrusted to Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home Carrollton Chapel. 770-836-0044.

In the short time I knew Terence he impacted my life a lot. I'm so grateful we met eachother. He was somebody who made the days better just by having a conversation with him. I admired him most for his mindset. I liked learning from him. Some of the best talks we had were about where we saw ourselves in the future. Although this wasn't what he had in my mind, I trust God's plan for him and I trust that he's in good care. You will always be in my heart Rocc, always. I love you!!

"Energy cannot be created or destroyed; it can only be changed from one form to another." (Albert Einstein). This was a quote I heard at a friend's 5 years old son's funeral. Like this trade guy, this thought gave me solace through tears and a different perspective of hope. He/they are not gone. Though we can't see them, they are always with us and continue to love and hold us close to them...as close as we hold onto them and to their memories and to our love for them. Rocc was a special soul who made a huge impact on my daughter and their friends at Midtown. I can't imagine your sorrow. I know God has special plans for us all and for Rocc. He is so smart whatever that plan is I'm sure it is important. Rocc made a huge impact on so many in his short life on earth. I'm glad my daughter and your son were friends. She will never forget him.
