Thomas Scott Webb

Thomas was a great teammate, classmate, and overall person. He was always welcoming and smiling. My condolences to his family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear of Thomas passing, but I have no doubt that the Lord has a spot in Heaven for a man like Thomas. We were friends in high school, and he was one of a kind. This text box is too small to contain all the ways he brought joy to others and spread kindness in this world. He will be missed, and I pray that God brings you peace in his absence.

My condolences to the Webb family i first met him in the police academy and us being former student athletes instantly formed a great friendship throughout the academy. He was all around a great person we would often have lunch during our breaks and talk about sports and life issues. My prayers are with his family and kids.

I met Thomas over 10 years ago when I became a Probation Officer at GDC on Sylvan Rd. We became instant friends. For the longest time, his and J. Kleins' office was right next to mine, and whenever I wanted, I just had to take a few steps, sit down and just talk and laugh with him about everything. I thank God that I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Thomas, and remain friends well after our years with GDC. He was always incredibly kind and the gentlest soul. A gentle giant. He loved April, his kids, family, and friends. During the viewing, his dad saw me, visibly distraught and crying my eyes out, he hugged/comforted me and said, "God doesn't make mistakes". Reminded me of Thomas, always doing what he could to look out for me, comfort me, and make sure I was ok. It's been difficult accepting the fact that he's gone, but I will miss my dear friend and will never forget him. Praying for April and his kids, his parents, family, and all who knew him. He was the first man I saw COURT and pursued the love of the woman he loved with such pureness and adoration it was as if he KNEW his eternity was with April Nicole. Thomas was the nicest person I every met. I have never heard anyone say a negative thing about him. He was a father, husband, son and friend. Everyone who meet him came away with a positive experience. He always had a smile on his face and made my day better whenever I saw him. A true gentle giant, I will never forget him. I just met Mr. Webb this year when Amaya enrolled at our school. He was always pleasant and kind. He was one of the first Dads to help us out on a moving day. Thomas was one of a kind. I met Thomas in 2020 in our law enforcement academy and in the short time I knew him, he made it feel as if we were friends for years. I enjoyed the many talks about family, our wives, kids and how our journeys to reach our career goal was eerily similar. A few of us from our class remained close to Thomas after we went our separate ways. We would text each other in our group chat often to check in and maintain the brotherhood. Thomas will be sorely missed, but I am truly honored to have met him. I promise to always keep your family in my prayers.

Thomas (Inv. Webb) and I worked together prosecuting Homicide cases in the Fulton County District Attorney's Office. He was exceptional in every way. But what I remember most, is how much he loved his beautiful family. He had that big smile of his every time he spoke of April or his children, and he was proudly a "mama's boy." Rest well my friend. My most sincere condolences to April, the kids, and the entire Webb family. Webb was my office mate and field partner when we both worked Probation together on Sylvan Rd. I have so many memories of us riding in the field to see our clients in a minivan, because Webb was so tall, he sat in the back, which means I always drove. He would always say "Ayo Whit, I bet they went to Doug" whenever we had an issue with a client, and they did! lol! Webb was the nicest man I ever met and he loved him some April! He will truly be missed!

We worked many missions together as Federal Air Marshals and his amazing attitude and smile always made everyone at ease. We shared a scary mission about his first week flying as a marshal. Thomas and I flew right into a tropical storm and the turbulence had us both holding hands and praying. We laughed about it later many times as he would say,...Man,..I just remember thinking that if you were scared and you have been flying for fifteen years,..I knew I should be scared. I'm very glad that I was blessed with getting to know Thomas. I was his FTO when he first came onboard as a Federal Air Marshal at the ATL FO. I like many, am still in shock of his sudden passing. April, Thomas spoke of you often. He was such a great family man and I know you will miss him dearly, as will your 2 beautiful children. I remember how excited Thomas was when he found out that he would be a father, once again. He always had a huge smile on his face and was a gentle giant. I know his parents must be hurting dearly.
