I met Travis as a young man who following high school graduation helped me move household goods at M & M Moving in Carrollton, GA in 1988/89.
Travis was quite an entrepreneur and sold many T-shirts along the way.
I supposed Travis was "hooked" on furniture moving as this became his life's passion following his allegiance to God, Donna and the children.
At 70, I have never known a better man than Travis Jones.
I will continue to Miss Him So Greatly and look forward to our meeting with Jesus Christ. You

To Mr. Jones' family, I offer my condolences, Life, like a mist, appears for just a day, Then disappears tomorrow. All that we are can quickly fade away, Replaced with tears and sorrow. If a man should die, can he live again? Hear the promise Jehovah God has made: He will call; The dead will answer. They will live at his command. For he will have a longing for the work of his own hand. So have faith, and do not wonder, For our God can make us stand. And we will live forever, As the work of his own hand.

We are so saddened to hear of Travis"s passing. He will be missed. He always had a smile on his face and a great sense of humor. He loved his grandkids. Donna and family you are in our thoughts and prayers.
1 Thessalonians 4:13-14 "Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him". I am so sorry to hear of this loss. I heard the news of Travis' passing this morning. You and the family will be in my thoughts and prayers. With deepest sympathies, Jennifer Hancock (Horsley)
