Great Uncle and family, My heart is with you as you mourn the loss of Alicia. Though I did not have the privilege of knowing her, I knew her through you. She reflected the warmth, kindness, and grace that runs so beautifully through your family. I was blessed to be raised by your sister, my grandmother Magnolia Nesbitt, and shaped in part by the love of Ruby as well. The goodness I saw in them, I have always seen in you. I know that the same goodness lived in Alicia. With love and my deepest sympathy, Jerry Akins
Alicia had a beautiful soul. She was kind and giving like know one I've ever met. We were coworkers at Blue Cross, we became close friends almost instantly! I will never forget how she and her Mother welcomed me to their home for dinner or a family gathering, I felt like family. She was just that special. I will always cherish the memories we shared once a month with Mrs. Delores's at Outback Steakhouse. God Bless her Soul! Thanks Mom and Daddy for sharing Alicia with me. My Deepest condolences Love Regina Lowery Mauldin
