Obituary for Allie Rochell Butler

MINISTER ALLIE ROCHELL PERRY BUTLER – Age 60, of Rome, Georgia passed away Monday, July 18, 2016 at a local hospital. She was employed by Kelloggs Industries, was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church, and was a graduate of East Rome High School and Cossa Valley Tech. She is survived by her husband of twenty-one years, Walter Butler; son, Boyd Butler of Rome, Georgia; mother, Dorothy Ann Perry of Summerville, Georgia; brothers, Marcus (Sharronda) Thompson of Summerville, Julius W. Foster, Gary Foster, and Ducan Foster of Chattanooga, Tennessee; aunts, Susie Shropshire, Lillie Sneed, Gerdine Hughes, and Maggie Akers; uncles, John Henry Perry and Thomas Jett; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Homegoing Service will held Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at Oak Hill Baptist Church with Pastor George Beavers and other ministers officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service. Interment, Oak Hill Cemetery. Please share your thoughts and memories of Min.
