SEÑORA AURELIA ROJO - Age 91, passed away on February 22, 2026. She was born May 20, 1934 in Tasquillo, Hildalgo, Mexico. Our beloved mother, grandmother, and friend died peacefully at the age of 92. She is survived by her 6 children Andrea, Rosario, Carolina, Teresa, Isidro, Ricardo. Her 21 grandchildren. She was a hard working women, many times she would take the bread out of her mouth, so that her children and grandchildren could have something to eat. Dear Mother, Grandmother, you leave a void that no one can fill, but you also set the bar very high and provide an example of life that we will always honor. Thank you for every sacrifice, for every sleepless night, and for being the pillar that kept us together. We will love you forever. Rest in peace, your mission has been more than fulfilled.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 26, 2026 from 4:00 P.M. -8:00 P.M. at Willis Funeral Home. Mass will be Friday, February 27, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 968 Haig Mill Lake Rd, Dalton, GA 30720.

Interment will take place in Tasquillo, Hildalgo, Mexico at a later date. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, GA.

SEÑORA AURELIA ROJO – 91 años, falleció el 22 de febrero de 2026. Nació el 20 de mayo de 1934 en Tasquillo, Hidalgo, México. Nuestra querida madre, abuela y amiga falleció en paz a la edad de 92 años. Le sobreviven sus seis hijos: Andrea, Rosario, Carolina, Teresa, Isidro y Ricardo; así como sus 21 nietos. Fue una mujer trabajadora; muchas veces se quitaba el pan de la boca para que sus hijos y nietos tuvieran algo que comer. Querida Madre y Abuela, dejas un vacío que nadie podrá llenar, pero también dejaste la vara muy alta y un ejemplo de vida que siempre honraremos. Gracias por cada sacrificio, por cada noche sin dormir y por ser el pilar que nos mantuvo unidos. Te amaremos por siempre. Descansa en paz, tu misión ha sido más que cumplida.

La velación se llevará a cabo el jueves 26 de febrero de 2026, de 4:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m., en Willis Funeral Home. La misa se celebrará el viernes 27 de febrero de 2026 a la 1:00 p.m. en la Iglesia Católica St. Joseph, 968 Haig Mill Lake Rd, Dalton, GA 30720.

El sepelio se llevará a cabo en Tasquillo, Hidalgo, México en una fecha posterior. Arreglos a cargo de Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, GA.
