MS. BARBARA JEAN CRAWFORD – AGE 80, - Of Dalton, GA., passed away Friday, July 23, 2021. She was born on September 5, 1940 in Eatonton (Putnam County), Georgia to her mother, the late Irene Crawford and was preceded in death by her loving son, Rodney Crawford in 1987. She was a member of Mountain Ridge Baptist Church, The Woman’s Community Club, and retired after many years of service from AT&T.
Survivors are her loving cousin and caregiver Courtnie Crawford and the families of the late Alex and Louberta Crawford, Sadie Calhoun, and Rev. P. J. Winfrey, Jimmy Willis and Family, Linda McDade, Ervin Jackson, Eleanor Jackson, and many Church Family, Co-Workers, other relatives, and friends of Dalton, Georgia.
Barbara’s Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Dr. Jerry Jones, Sr. officiating. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Friday after 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour. Interment, Whitfield Memorial Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, GA.
