MR. BOBBY LEE JORDAN- Age 73, - Of Chickamauga, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. He was born on July 7, 1950 to his late parents, Quincy Lee Jordan and Katie Sue Tremble Jackson. He was preceded by his grandson, Allen Jordan, maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William and Johnnie Tremble, fraternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John and Gertrude Clemmons, and he married the late Katie Mae Hines. Bobby was a graduate of Rossville High School Class of 1969, life member of Friendship Baptist Church, and was lastly employed for many years at Crystal Springs Bleachery in Chickamauga.
Survivors are his two loving daughters, Yolanda Jordan and Penny Jordan of Chattanooga, Tennessee; sister, Billie Joyce Harrison of Chickamauga, Georgia; brother, James Curtis (Delia) Johnson of Nashville, Tennessee; six grandchildren, three great grandchildren; special cousin, Peggie (Sherman) Turner of Atlanta, Georgia; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Homegoing Service will be held on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at 2:00 P. M. at Friendship Baptist Church, 20 Parrish Circle, Chickamauga, Georgia 30707 with Pastor Hugh Byrd as Eulogist, and Pastor Jerry Burse, Presider. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service. Interment, Wallaceville Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
