MRS. BRENDA OLIVIA GOINS – Age 63, of Dalton, Georgia passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017. She was a member of Community Fellowship Church and was preceded in death by her parents, John H. McDonald and Mary Strozer McDonald and seven siblings. She is survived by her husband of thirty-eight years, Ray Anthony Goins, Sr.; two sons, Charmane Goins of Dalton, Georgia, and Ray Anthony Alexis) Goins, Jr. of Lithonia, Georgia; daughter-in-law, Alfreda Goins; four grandchildren, D. L. Goins, Aset Goins, Nepthys Goins, and Makaria Goins; one sister, Lucy Benford of Rome, Georgia; brother, Ronald (Doris) Watkins of Leesville, Louisiana; one sister-in-law, Yvonna (Steve) West of Chattanooga, Tennessee; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 12:00 Noon at Community Fellowship Church, 409 North Fredrick Street, Dalton, Georgia, with Dr. Stephen Thomas and other ministers officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the funeral hour n Saturday. Interment, West Hill Cemetery.
