Obituary For Danny Carter

MR. DANNY CARTER – Age 67 of Calhoun, Georgia passed away Friday, December 19, 2025. He was born April 4, 1958 to his parents; mother Wylene Turner and the late Ernest Carter, Sr. Danny was of the Baptist faith and was a talented Car Detailer. He is also preceded in death by his daughter, Manisha Dixon; brother, Lamar “Odell” Langston, and sister, Stephanie Turner.

Those left to cherish Danny’s memories are his mother, Wylene Turner; brothers, Robert Owens, Steve Turner, and Ernest Carter, Jr; sisters, Judy Carter, Rhonda Carter, Catherine Carter; grandchildren; aunts, Margaret Martin, Betty Samples, Pauline Turner, and Jessie Turner; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Homegoing Celebration will be Friday, December 26, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Willis Funeral Home with Minister Dee Dee Printup as the Eulogist. The family will receive extended family and friends from 12:00 Noon until the funeral hour at the funeral home. The Interment; Haven of Rest Memorial Park. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, GA.
