MRS. FRANCES ELIZABETH BAKER – AGE 76, - Of Cartersville, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. She was born on October 21, 1944 to the late Samuel Radford and Velma Williams Radford. She was preceded by her four brothers, Charlie Clark, Nathaniel Clark, David Clark, and Willie Chisum. Mrs. Baker was a member on the Deaconess Board at Greater Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors are her loving and devoted husband of forty-one years, James S. Baker; sons, Edward G. (Thalia) Brown of Cartersville, Georgia, and Clifford Dwayne (Tiana) Brown of Decatur, Illinois; daughter, Kemba B. Wright of Rochester New York, special daughter, Andrean Montgomery of Cartersville; fourteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren; sisters, Mattie (Samuel) Miller of New Llano, Louisiana, Viola (Charles) Foster of Cartersville, special sister, Mozelle Miller of Westland, Michigan; four sisters-in-law, Olivia Baker of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Vanessa (Stephen) Latimer of Ames, Iowa, Marion Clark of Cartersville, Betty Clark of Florida; a host of nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Homegoing Celebration will be Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 1:00 P. M. at Greater Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Sutton as Eulogist, and Pastor Randy Livsey, officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 11:00 A. M. until the funeral hour on Wednesday. Interment, Georgia National Cemetery at Canton, Georgia. In lieu of flowers donations will be appreciated to the Greater Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church Scholarship Fund, 1 Mt. Olive Street, Cartersville, Georgia, 30120, in her memory. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
