MRS. HELEN DELOIS PACE MYERS – AGE 74, - Of Chickamauga, Georgia passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2024. She was born on January 24, 1950 in Moultrie, Georgia to the late Johnny Pace, Sr. and Beulah Mae Leverson Pace. She was preceded by her brothers, Johnny Pace, Jr, Marvin Pace, Sr., Billy Melvin Pace, Sr., Charlie Pace, sister-in-law, Dorothy Pearl Godfrey, stepson, Tony Severson.
Mrs. Myers leaves to cherish her memory her loving and devoted husband of forty-eight years, David Myers, Jr.; two daughters, Nanette L. Pace, Katina McCloud; one son, Rev. Corey McGee; six grandchildren, Oceana N. (Reginald Daniel) Pace, Jayla Pace, Kavaughn Hayes, Autumn Hayes, Kaman Hayes, KéTrick Hayes; three beloved great grandchildren, Karcynn K. Pace, Kaydrien K. Daniels, Tavarrus L. Lawson, Jr.; three brothers, Willie Frank (Dorothy) Pace, Nathaniel (Gloria) Pace, Sr., and Bernard Luke Pace, Sr.; two sisters, Lillie P. Hill, Emma Pace; three brothers-in-law, Willie Earl (Sena) Myers, Evins Myers, and Jimmy Ray Myers; special nephews, Marvin Pace, Jr.; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Homegoing Celebration will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 1:00 P. M. at Friendship Baptist Church, 20 Parrish Circle, Chickamauga, Georgia 30707 with Pastor Hugh Byrd and other Ministers officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening at the Willis Funeral Home from 6:00 – 7:00 P. M. and at the church on Saturday one hour before the service. Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 in Moultrie, Georgia at Saint Paul Cemetery with the Luke Strong and Son Mortuary, 20 First Street, N. E., Moultrie, Georgia 31768, (229) 890-1717. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
