MR. JASON (“J-Dub”) TYRONE LOCKETT, SR. – AGE 38, - Of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. He was born on January 22, 1983. Jason was preceded by his grandfathers, Robert G. Lockett, Sr. and David V. Marsh, Sr.

He leaves to mourn his lovely companion of fifteen years, Kenyetta Pearson; mother, Myrtle Delores Lockett and father, Robert G. Lockett, Jr.; daughter, JaShaana (Devin) Lockett; sons, Melik Pearson, Jason T. Lockett, Jr., JaShaun Lockett; one grandchild, Kamilah Kellogg; two grandmothers, Dorothy Marsh and Bernice Lockett; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Johnny and JoAnn Drummond; two sisters, Jennifer (Maurice) Daniels, Kelly Lockett; two brothers, David (Flossie) Stevens, III, Robert (Sparkyl) Lockett, one stepbrother, Dwight Marsh, Jr.; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins; three special friends, Gary Harris, Jr., Derrick Brown, Lawson Fortson, and “Big Brother” Wayne.

Funeral Service will be Friday, September 24, 2021 at 2:00 P. M. at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, 1801 Dobbs Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404 with Pastor William Simpson, III as Eulogist. His remains will lie in state at the church on Friday from 12:30 P. M. – 2:00 P. M. Interment, Garmany Cemetery in Chickamauga, GA. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
