Obituary For Lamar James "Stymie" Frazier
MR. LAMAR JAMES “STYMIE” FRAZIER - Age 49, of Dalton, GA passed away Thursday, January 23, 2025. He was born September 3, 1975. He was a graduate of Dalton High School Class of 1994 where he was an outstanding athlete. He later attended Fort Valley State University. He was employed by UPS in Miami, Florida and by Pillow Factory in Dalton, GA. He attended True Gospel Pentecostal Church throughout his childhood.
He is survived by his wife, Leonor Frazier; children, Da’Jsha Frazier, Brianna Coppock, Tiyous Dallas, Natalie Rivera, and Edgar Rivera; grandchildren, Kalea Harper and Koda Taylor Rivera; father, Mark Edwards; mother, Shirley Edwards Stidmon; stepfather, Mark Stidmon, Sr.; sisters, Anna (Rev. Willie) Bennett, Kimberly Frazier, Angie (Bayshawn) Kennebrew, Shirone Edwards; brothers, Micheal Edwards and Mark Stidmon, Jr.; special friend, Zavion Anderson; a host of aunts, uncles; nieces, and nephews, Melanie Robinson, Jermicheal Robinson, Adelia Robinson, Sarrisa Edwards, Olivia Edwards, Kierra Clay, McKayla Edwards, Kholton Mozingo, D. J. Bowie, Demetrius Austin, Alexis Austin; cousins, and friends.
Homegoing Celebration will be Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 11:00 A.M at the Willis Funeral Chapel. Interment, West Hill Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.

Lamar you have always been like a brother to me. Been part of our family since I can remember. You was always there to help guide our family through the deepest moments of our lives.
