MS. LINDA FAY MARSHALL β Age 60, of Summerville, Georgia passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022. She was born on October 10, 1961 to the late Georgia Ann Cullins and George Marshall. She was preceded by her brothers, Kerry, Charles, Dewayne, and Stanley Marshall, niece Michelle Davis, grandparents, Ed and Ella Lee Griffin, Earlie and Dorothy Mitchell.
She is survived by her daughter, Latasha Madden of Summerville, Georgia; son, D'Arlous (Jessica) Madden of Douglasville, Georgia; grandson, Braden Madden of Dalton; father, George (Bobbie) Marshall of New Orleans; sister, Mary (Andrew) Womble of Summerville; brothers, Lawrence (Vonda) Marshall of Dalton, Dr. Robert L. Melson, Sr. of Atlanta; aunts, Mildred Griffin, Lillie Mae Griffin of Lafayett;, nieces, nephews; special friend, Harold Elliott; other cousins, relatives, and friends.
Homegoing Celebration will be on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at 1:00 P. M. at the Chapel of Willis Funeral Home, 2011 Martin L. King, Jr. Blvd., Dalton, GA 30721 with Dr. Robert L. Melson, Sr. as Eulogist, and Elder Windell Smith as Presider. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Monday from noon until the funeral hour. Interment, West Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
