To the family and friends: please, accept our sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one. You can find comfort in the Bible account found at John 11; Jesus said to her: “Your brother will rise.” Martha said to him: “I know he will rise in the resurrection on the last day.” Jesus said to her: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life". Please find more information about this beautiful promise at jw.org.
I am so sorry for your loss of Maurice. We’re never really prepared for the loss of someone so dear and when we are faced with that loss, the pain and grief can at times seem unbearable. I have found prayer to be of great comfort. Psalm 55:22 says that if we throw our burden on Jehovah, (God’s name) He will sustain us. I hope that by means of prayer as well as the support of family and friends can provide you with a measure of peace at this difficult time. Best of wishes to you all, take care.
I have known you your entire life and the thought of saying see you later is by far one of the hardest things I’ve tried to prepare myself to do. I will forever carry our memories with me. You are special to so many people. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal but love always leaves a memory no one can steal. Love you forever cousin. Spring “Fruity” Acoff-Reese
Mario, We will Cherish every memory we have spent with you from joking, to bar-b-que’s and just hanging out talking about everything. You have never met a stranger! Your presence was always welcoming and calming. Thank you for allowing us to know a good friend.

My work Buddy we gave each other a hard time about recruits and college football but most of all we loved to laugh. He would often tell me ' man you ain't right' you will be missed my friend! Prayers to your Family. Chad Edwards
Demario...is what I called you all your life since I am older than you. I will miss you a lot. You are my favorite male cousin and its because I saw you as my big brother. I am grateful for you and your family being the family we saw when we first returned back to the States. I am praying and will continue to pray for the family. You know I will be there for your wife and kids because that is what family do. God's plan is not our plan and we just have to trust Him. You definitely left a legacy behind for us to cherish. Thank you. Love you, Lex and Bri

Mario you will be truly missed! To the Family, for weeping may endure but a night, but joy cometh in the morning. We will continue to uplift you in prayer. Love always! The Jones Family
My beloved nephew, Mr. Maurice Demario Acoff. We as a family will keep your loving heart, gentle kindness, and gregarious smile with each day. Your towing statue will not be seen but your kind words will fill our memory. For your wife and children we will be there for them. God has a plan and we all must come forth and fill our part in his plan. We know not how long or when but we must return unto the father that sent us. I (We) were not ready for your return to him so soon, however, the comforter of the Holy Spirit will keep us all. My prayer for all who don't have a savior, this moment right now is not to late. We all have to be about our father's work as Demario has completed his. Love you, miss you but always in my heart, until we meet again!!! Uncle Joe
Mario, knowing you over 20years, connected to you 10 years it was just NOT enough. Nearly seven years of a bond you built within this family will never cease. I pray and pray this pain is lifted and smiles and memories comfort us. Your legacy will live forever we truly love you.
