MR. RAY ANTHONY TAYLOR – Age 59,- Of Summerville, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. He was born on February 19, 1961 to Helen Loretta Hudgins Taylor and the late Wilbur James Taylor, Sr. He was preceded by his brothers, James Taylor, Wilbur James Taylor, Jr., Corey Ladell Taylor, grandparents, Thelmer and Louise Finley, and aunts, Beatrice Sharp, Cavalier Martin, and Emma Cox. He was a member of Central Avenue Baptist Church in Trion, Georgia and was a graduate of the Cleveland High School 1980.
He is survived by his spouse, Waynetta Jarrett – Taylor; two sons, Justian Jarrett, Alfred Taylor; daughter, Candiss Taylor; fifteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren; sisters, Phyllis (Ervin) hickey, Ramona Brown, Monona Brown, Hiawatha Bron, and Tracey Taylor – Smith; brothers, Andy( Natacha) Hudgins, Reagon (Nicole) Hudgins, Christopher (Martina) Taylor, all of Cleveland, Tennessee, Roy (Gabriella) Taylor of Summerville, Georgia, and Terry Ware of Indiana; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Graveside Service and Interment will be on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 2:00 P. M. at the Fort Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, October 9, 2020 from 5:00 – 8:00 P. M. at the Willis Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 10:00 A. M – 1:00 P. M. at the Patton Funeral Home, 265 Fair Street, SE, Cleveland, TN 37311.
