Obituary For Raymond L. Harrison
MR. RAYMOND L. HARRISON- AGE 86, - Of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024. He was born on January 17, 1938 to the late John Henry, Sr. and Mamie Harrison. He was preceded by his brothers and sisters. He was a member of New Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, graduated from Howard High School Class of 1959, McKenzie College with an Associate Degree in Business Science in 1977. He worked in Sales for over thirty-five years of service and retired from Erlanger Medical Center after fifteen years.
Survivors are Jacqueline M. Daniels, niece and caregiver; nephews, Jimmie D. Moorer, Jr., Otis Moorer, James H. (Mary) Moorer; nieces, Marlena Moorer, Laura Harrison, Betty (Reginald) Ray, Beverly Glover, sister-in-law, Betty N. Harrison; aunt, Riddle Moorer; cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024 at 12:00 noon at New Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, 1616 Washington Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37408 with Pastor Walter Lindsay as Eulogist. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service. Interment, Highland Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
