MRS. SHIRLEY ANN DIXON RAMSEY – Age 79, of Calhoun, Georgia passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2024. She was born on February 16, 1945 to the late Grady Dixon and Hazel Pauline Harlan Dixon Montgomery. She was preceded by her brothers, Jack Hogan, Bill Dixon, Sam Dixon, Ralph Dixon, James Dixon, and sister, Eddie Jo Pullum.
Survivors are her loving and devoted daughters, Janice (Lee) Harris of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Angelina (Todd) Reynolds, and Teresa Ziegler of Calhoun, Georgia; sons, James Curtis, Jr. of Cedartown, Georgia, Jeffery (JoAnn) Curtis of Cartersville, Georgia, Joel (Kami) Curtis of Vancouver, Washington; sister, Wynell (Calvin) Kennedy; brother, Mack Montgomery of Calhoun, Georgia; grandchildren, Destiney Dunn, Tukisha (Eric) Quinn, Yashika (Kojaac) Reid, Methany Curtis, Brittany Slaughter, Keenan (Summer) Schmitz, Addison Black, Tavish Reynolds, Tavian Reynolds; twenty great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Homegoing Service will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024 at 1:00 P. M. at Pine Grove Baptist Church, 4479 Red Bud Road, Calhoun, Georgia with Bishop Claud Jones as Eulogist and Pastor Guy Gainor as Presider. The family will receive friends at the church from 11:30 A. M. until the funeral hour. Interment, Church Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
