Obituary For Valdas Marshall Montgomery
MR. VALDAS MARSHALL MONTGOMERY - Age 64, of Rome, Georgia passed away Thursday, November 7, 2024. He was born June 16, 1960. He attended Dalton High School and was of the Baptist faith. He worked for Junkman’s Son for many years as well as various Carpet Mills until his retirement. He is preceded in death by his parents; father, Thomas Wesley and Lillie Mae Johnson Wofford; brother, Arthur Daniel Montgomery; sister, Elizabeth Montgomery; and uncle, David Montgomery.
He is survived by siblings, David Eugene Johnson, Thomas Edward (Ginger) Montgomery, Lynette (Pete) Anderson, Esdraleon (Tracy) Montgomery, Anthony Fitzgerald (Alice) Montgomery; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will take place Monday, November 11, 2024 from 6:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M. at Willis Funeral Home. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
