MS. VANESSA MARTHA MARTINEZ – AGE 38, - Of Dalton, Georgia passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024. She was born on July 20, 1985 in Los Angeles, California. She was preceded by her father, Randy Taylor. She was a member of the Baptist Faith and was lastly employed at Wendy’s Restaurant.

Survivors are her two loving children, son, Byison Martinez; daughter, Arryana Chavira; mother, Tina Green Taylor; aunt, Dee Dee Hyer, of Dalton, Georgia; three brothers, Sgt. Daniel Carmack, Tony Martinez, and Christopher Taylor; two sisters, Tara Morrison, Sherri Taylor; special cousins, Amada Carmack, Ayla Martin; special friend, Nathan Lewis of Dalton; a host of other cousins, relatives, and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at Willis Funeral Home Chapel, 2011 Martin L. King, Jr. Blvd., Dalton, Georgia 30721 on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 5:00 P. M. with Pastor Kenneth Cooper as Eulogist, and Bishop Reuben Graham, officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour before the service. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.

I remember the time that me and my mom was outside walking around and having a bonding time that was a really good time. She would always help me through tough times and she'd be there when I would fall and she would help me get back up and stand on my feet again. Love Arryanna
