Frederick "Fred" Nelson, age 88, of Midlothian, VA departed this life on September 3, 2019.
A viewing will be held from 1 - 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Wilson & Associates' Funeral Service - East Chapel, 5008 Nine Mile Rd., where a funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 11, 2019.
Interment will follow at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia.

Daddy, I will never forget your love, support, since of humor, smile and how you cared in your own special way about your daughters.
