Mr. Antoine "Tony" Perteet, age 57, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2024, in Jackson, MS.

Family hour 10:00 AM Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Shiloh MBC, 2120 N. Saginaw St., with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM, Pastor Daniel Moore, officiating.

Interment Sunset Hills Cemetery, G4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church at 10:00 AM Saturday. Mr. Perteet will lie state in the Chapel of Lawerence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd. and may be viewed from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Friday.

Mr. Antoine “Tony” Perteet passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024, in Jackson, Mississippi at the age of 57 years old. Antoine was born November 9, 1967, the son of Leonard and Annie Perteet. Tony accepted Jesus Christ at an early age. He graduated from Flint Northwestern High School in 1985. He was loved by many. Tony was kind-hearted, caring, loving, generous and a beautiful soul that will be missed dearly. His presence touched the lives of everyone around him.

Tony’s hobbies were playing basketball, cleaning and detailing cars, spending time with family and friends, and making everyone else happy. Mr. Antoine “Tony” Perteet leaves to cherish his memory: parents, Leonard and Annie Perteet of Flint; 2 children, son, Antoine Morris; daughter, Natasha Morris; 3 siblings, brothers, Tyrone (Shonda) Perteet and Lonnie (LaTasha) Perteet, sister, Tabitha Perteet-Young; 3 grandchildren, Ace Morris, Noah Fisher, all of Flint and Antione McCroy of Port Huron, MI; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, godson and goddaughter; special friend, Eva Phillips and family of Kosciusko, MS.

Mr. Perteet was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leonard (Susie) Perteet, and Viola Nunn Stingley; 5 uncles, John Perteet, James Perteet, Donald Perteet, James Dulaney and Herbert Stingley; 4 aunts, Bernice Campbell, Faye Lawrence, Charlene Wise and Shirley Brown.
