Obituary For Bernice Rimmer Patterson

Bernice was born April 2, 1940 in Attala county, Mississippi to the late John and Beatrice Tate Rimmer.

She attended the public schools of Attala county, At a young age, she became a member of the New Garden Baptist Church.

Bernice was married to the late William B. (Pat) Patterson. They became parents to three beautiful children. Bernice was a homemaker and housewife.

She departed this life Friday, February 12 at her home in Kosciusko, MS. Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one daughter, Helen Ruth and three sons: Charles Earl, Willie Frank, and T.J.

Her survivors include a daughter, Vickie Patterson, Carthage, MS; two sons: Tyrone Patterson, Darren Patterson, Kosciusko, MS; two sisters, Verna Hunt, Kosciusko, MS; Leatrice Higginbottom, Framingham, MA; three brothers, Robert Earl Rimmer, Milwaukee, WI; Ardell Rimmer, and Jimmy Rimmer, Kosciusko, MS. She also leaves three grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, and friends. PLACE OF GRAVESIDE: Patterson Cemetery
