Carolyn received her education at Kosciusko Senior High School. She worked in childcare for many years as a culinary arts cook.

A Time to Die

On Monday, April 7, 2025, Carolyn Luckett made her final transition from this life after hearing God's voice: “Come home, my good and faithful servant.” Carolyn accepted Christ at an early age.

Thornton both of West, MS, Randy Thornton of Calhoun City, MS & Frank Thorton of AL; (7) Nieces: Emmaria Thornton, Amya Thornton, Trinity & Ava Thornton, Skylar Russell, Kinsley & Kirsten Brown; (4) Nephews: Darius & Derwin Thornton, Joshua Reynolds & Caiden Brown; (1) Great niece: E'Nivea McCurdy; Special nephew: Christian Thornton; (2) God-children: Quincy Wilson & Jacorey Triplett. Thornton & Ella Mae Scott; (1) Brother: Waco Thornton; (5) Aunts: Hattie Williams, Christine Williams, Katie Williams, Helen Williams, Elnora Veasy; (6) Charles Williams, Buddy Williams, Earl Williams, Junior Williams, Robert Williams, O.B. Williams.

In loving memory, we submit this brief reflection on the life of a special woman, Mrs. Carolyn Luckett. A devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, niece, and hardworking young lady. Her journey in this life has been full and complete.
