Charles “Wooga” Luckett was born on October 7, 2023, to the late Carolyn Luckett and Charles Green. He spent his early years in Memphis, TN and later moved to Kosciusko, MS where he graduated from Kosciusko Senior High School. He had a silent BIG bright smile that had a way of lightning up any space. He was a young man with few words, but a heart of gold. Each year was appreciated and valued by the family moments spent loving one another, laughing at gatherings and making the most of every moment.
Angels that preceded him in death were his mother, Carolyn Luckett; His brother, Trent Luckett; His grandfather, Ezell Thornton; His great grandparents, Manboy and Ruth Olive of Kosciusko, MS, E.C. Thornton and Ella Mae Scott; (1) Uncle: Waco Thornton.
In living memory, we submit this brief reflection on the life of a special young man, Mr. Charles “Wooga” Luckett. A loving son, brother, uncle, cousin, friend, nephew and hardworking young man. Although short, his journey in this life has been full and complete. It is not about how many years we have on Earth as to how we lived the years we are granted.
